Hinnunwe (spinach stir fry)

Rinse the spinach under cold water several times to remove sand. Trim off tough stems. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil and sgtir fry the onion and garlic over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp powder and stir for a moment. Add the fish sauce and sal;t, and stir fry forf 1 minute. Add the chili and spinach, and stir fry for 3 minutes to wilt the spinach.
