In a food processor, blend together the broccoli, onion, carrot, parsley, basil, garlic, celery seeds, oil & soymilk. Add the rice & blend until the mixture resembles a coarse paste. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sesame seeds & wheatgerm. Form into 6 patties & cook either on a foil covered grill or in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
